Made for the 1995 International 3D Festival in Atlanta and enclosed in a fold-out brochure, this set is structured as three eras of one city. Reel one is contemporary Atlanta, including an image of Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter; reel two carries seven images from the Civil War Battle of Atlanta; reel three, seven from the Cotton States Exposition of 1895.
The reels themselves were produced at the Belgian View-Master plant, which makes the card a double artifact: a stereo history of Atlanta, manufactured at a facility that no longer presses reels. It fits any standard viewer, though the brochure is half the appeal.
